The Armstrong Hotel Paris is my favorite Budget hotel in Paris. So you can see just how the Armstrong Hotel Paris stacks up, be sure to check out other great hotels that are alphabetized by the letter A. This is a great place to stay if your going to be around the Outer Paris of the Paris area.
